SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped by USPS mail unless an alternative shipping method is requested. 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Custom items or final sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit. 

Non-custom items can be exchanged or returned for a store credit only within 14 days of delivery.  To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, you must have your receipt or proof of purchase and the item must have the original tags, be unworn / unused and in the same condition that you received it. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PIECE THAT HAS BEEN PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOMIZED. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if these requirements are not met. 

For US customers, please email us at  info@htrailz.com to request a return. All eligible returns will receive an email with shipping instructions. If you decide to use our pre-paid shipping label the charge for the label will be deducted from your exchange or store credit. If you decide to use your own shipping label, please note that you are responsible to ensure your item is received by us therefore, if you are shipping an item back that is $75+, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

HTrailz monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order, store credit or exchange activity.

IMPORTANT PROUCT INFORMATION

HTrailz carries the highest quality products that are produced directly by our designers. Due to the creative nature of our designers production techniques please be aware that certain products are designed to appear to have minor defects. Many products, particularly those with distressed styling or acid-washing, can wear out or develop holes with regular wear over time. We will not be responsible for these minor damages.

All sales are final however if your item is defective or damaged please contact our customer service department and we will work to get you a replacement item.

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards including PayPal. 

TAXES

Taxes are collected in Florida and New York per state laws.
